FNJ Group acquires Benchmark Homes

FNJ Group, Inc., a private investment firm in Cincinnati, Ohio, through Phoenix Building Solutions, Inc. has acquired the assets and business of Hay Albert Acquisition Company, Inc., including the brand name Benchmark Homes from Mr. Daniel P. Riedel. Located in Brookville, Ohio, Hay Albert Acquisition Company, Inc., under the Benchmark Homes brand name, was a leading designer and manufacturer of highly engineered, customized, quality, system-built modular single family homes, carriage houses, row houses, town houses, apartment buildings, and condominium buildings made to order for builders and developers in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia. Benchmark had a long history of product innovation and, in addition to its line of single family homes, had developed product lines for several market niches including urban infill, affordable housing, and senior housing.
